Rules & Policies
We appreciate you taking the time to read these rules.
They are in place to make this Resort a nicer place for you to stay.
Have a fun
and relaxing visit at the Top of the Hill RV Resort!
GENERAL
 |
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect
your neighbors. |
|
Be considerate of your neighbors; do not walk through
your neighbors’ areas. |
|
Please clean the barbeque after each use for the next
person to enjoy. |
|
Do not hang any towels, bathing suits, clothesline,
and/or clothes outside on your site or cabin. We provide a laundry facility for these
purposes and it is open 24 hours every day. |
|
Do not leave trash sitting out. We have three dumpsters in
the Resort: one by the Laundry Facility on the top of the hill, the second is
below the maintenance building, and the third
is next to the General Store. |
|
No campfires are allowed at sites. Wood is provided for
the Community Campfire Ring. |
|
Important messages are delivered. |
|
Mail drop and pick-up is available at the General Store. |
|
Washing of RVs, trailers, or vehicles is permitted; provided
that the county is not under drought water restrictions. |
|
Propane is delivered on site once a week in the winter and
twice per month in the summer. Service sign-ups are in the Office. |
|
DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground, including at
your site or cabin area. |
|
No loaded firearms, BB guns, or fireworks are allowed on
the property. |
|
NO SMOKING is permitted in any building or facility! |
|
No fences are allowed. No plants or trees are to be
planted without permission. Each tenant is responsible for the care of their
site and decorative landscaping. |
|
The Clubhouse Kitchen phone is for local calls, modem
use, and calling card use only. |
|
Children must be supervised; parents will be responsible
for their children’s behavior and actions. |
|
All buildings are air conditioned including the
bathrooms, please keep the doors and windows closed at all times. |
|
We operate on a well and septic system, please do not put
sanitary napkins or too much toilet paper in the toilets. |
|
Exercise Room equipment is
only to be used by people at least 18 years of age who have signed a waiver. |
|
The fireplace in the Clubhouse is for decorative use only,
please do not build a fire in it. |
|
Please make yourself at home in our Clubhouse kitchen; do
not forget to clean up after yourself! |
|
Cabin Patrons: Check-in time is
3:00 pm. To get towels replenished, please bring your dirty towels to the
Office. |
PAYMENTS
| Keep in mind, that there are
NO
REFUNDS if you shorten your stay. |
| You must pay for how long you stay
with us, so there will be no pro-rating days to a week or weeks to a month. |
|
 Check-out is BY
11AM, whether for
daily, weekly, monthly RV sites or for cabin stays. If you checked-out
late, you will be charged the Nightly rate. |
| If funds paid for our services are not available or refused, there will be a $30 charge.
|
| Late payment fees are $10.00 per day. |
| Propane must be paid on the day of service. |
PARKING &
VEHICLES
| The SPEED LIMIT is a
full 9 ½ Miles per Hour in the
Resort! |
| Any vehicle of any kind driven in this Resort must be operated by a
“licensed driver”,
the vehicle must remain on the roads, and the keys must be removed from the vehicle
when not in use. |
| We ask that ALL visiting guests stop in the
Office. |
| DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. |
| Only one RV plus 2 vehicles (Car or trucks) per site is permitted. |
| For the safety of your vehicles and others, your RV, along with any
additional vehicles, MUST NOT protrude from the RV site! |
| Any guest vehicles that do not fit on your site, must park in front of the
Clubhouse or Laundry building. |
| For everyone’s safety, you MUST follow the signs with arrows while
ENTERING OR EXITING the Resort . |
PETS
|
Please remember, if you plan to leave your pet alone in the
RV, offer them toys/bones, along with
enough food and water, so they do not
bark, growl, whine, or otherwise disturb others. Sorry,
NO DOGS allowed in Tents.
|
|
You must pick up your pet’s “poop” and discard it in the
trash. Please, don’t let your pet use another RVers yard as their restroom.
It can be very offensive to others. |
|
Pets may NOT be left unattended outside the RV when no
one is home. |
|
ALL Pets must be accompanied by an adult and
ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. |
|
Pets are
NOT ALLOWED in the buildings or on
the decks of the General Store, Cabins,
Clubhouse, Pavilion, Laundry, Bathrooms, Pool area, Spa area, or any Resort
building. |
RIG & SITE APPEARANCE
|
You must keep your RV in good working condition and
clean. We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its
appearance and/or condition. |
|
You must keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and out
of the way of mowers and weed eaters. |
|
If you are staying with us an extended period of time, we
require that you place your sewer hose inside a PVC pipe or other factory
drain support hose system. We will NOT be held responsible for your hose if
the maintenance crew hits it with the weed eater! |
|
You MUST have your sewer and/or gray water hose
connection attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. These connectors
are available for sale in the General Store. Yes, this also applies to
pop-ups. |
|
Please take your sewer hose as well as any indoor type
items with you when you leave the Resort — even if it is a short trip. |
|
Unless preformed by a licensed on-site RV repair company,
no repairing or overhauling of vehicles is allowed in the Resort.
NO OIL
CHANGES! |
POOL, HOT TUB, & GYM RULES
|
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! |
|
Anyone under age 14, must be accompanied
inside the pool area by an someone at least 18 years of age. |
|
No children under 18 years old allowed in the hot tub
or Gym. |
|
You must sign a waiver prior to using the Gym. |
|
STOP! BE SAFE! Kids
— do not run, dive, jump, or slide down
the handrail! This applies to everyone! |
|
NO GLASS ALLOWED in the Pool, Spa,
gym, deck areas, or
adjacent concrete areas. There are cups on the counter in the kitchen
for your use. |
|
For your safety absolutely no standing on the hot tub
cover.
|
|
No skinny dipping in the pool or the hot tub!
|
|
Please put the cover back on the hot tub when you get
out.
|
COMPUTER STATIONS
|
Children under the age 15 must have an
adult present in the room at all times. |
|
The computers are for everyone’s use, so close all the
programs when finished. |
|
Do not change any of the settings on these
computers.
|
|
Do not install or delete any programs on these
computers without prior approval from the management.
|
|
Do not attempt to access pornographic sites.
Computers are being monitored by Net Nanny.
|
|
Please limit your time on the computer to 30 minutes,
especially if others are waiting.
|
DAMAGE
|
Damage or destruction of any property will be paid for by
the responsible party. Management is NOT responsible for loss or damage of
personal property caused by fire, theft or accidents. |
|
Rule
Violations
|
First violation will be a written notice.
Second violation in 60 days will be a $50 fine.
Third violation in 60 days will result in refusal of our services,
which means that you must leave the Resort! |
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
OUR RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Management reserves the right to adjust these rules as
necessary to operate in the best interest of all concerned. All new and
adjusted rules will be highlighted above with
. As a guest you are expected to abide by the established rules or be
refused site services, without refund. You are responsible for damage caused by yourself
and/or members of your party, and we are not liable for any accidents, injuries
or losses from any cause.
